hello

I am planning on building a 570 ci big block and i wondered if its made of an aftermarket block or an original gm engine like 454 or whatever??

You'll need an aftermarket block. What do you want to do. Pretty easy to get 600 hp from a 496 with a stock block. I have one.

You will not be able to get 570 out of a stock 454 block.
I would recommend the Dart big M which is what I used  for my last 632. I still had to do some grinding for rod clearance but it was minimal. It also has splayed 4 bolt caps and is better in many ways than the stock block.
Here are a couple of pix of it. Note how it also has the boss for the extra head bolt if you use aftermarket heads that have that bolt provision.
