I have a 86' Monte carlo SS that I put an older 350(1972?) in and the stock exhaust will not allow me to install a oil dip stick tube. Any suggestions?

lokar.. has flexible dip sticks and tube assemblies..  i don't know if it will help if your block has a left hand dip stick...

how much room do you need????

enginequest sells a 7 bolt adaptor plate for the exhaust .. this is about 1/4 inch thick.. you might be able to put one of these in the left side and get enough clearance. but i have NEVER tried it..

maybe try an exhaust manifold from a different car or truck, or some headers.
