I was wanting to know where you would find the casting number on a chevy 5 speed its in my c1500 with the vortech v6.

I don't know how you could find that P/N. look on the build sheet that maybe in the glove box, under the hood. See if you can pull up a trans code.
Maybe one of the boddy guys would know which code it could be...
