How wide is a 454 engine in inches with stock exhaust manifolds vs the 350,400 blocks. Dont know if the 54 will fit in my 1950 Plymouth

Hi there,
I was going to put a 283 into a 1953 Plymouth
which was fitted with a Flathead 6 but it looked
like being a butcher's job in finality so I
dipped out on the idea..All the best...Skyeking..
