Wesley welcome to CHP:
XE274-10 .230/.236 degrees duration @ .050
.490/.490 lift with stock 1.5 rocker arm ratio
3 things you need to do.....
1.You need a set of matched valve springs for that cam! Thats a must
2.A good CLOYES double roller timing chain...
3.Comp Cam suggests a 2200RPM torque conv. With your rear gears us a 2800 to 3000RPM stall torque conv. If you don't use a higher then stock torque conv. Your engine will not idle when you put it in gear....
What are you using your engine in?
All your pieces will be okay. Except you may run out of carb. You may need a 750CFM Holley

I don't bielive it is the 4-7 swap but those don't really make a purpose if your not running high rpm and would I beable to run 1.6 rockers to get more lift And I am going to get another carb for it I'm just going to use the 650 on the street and throw a bigger carb when I go to the truck pulls and pismo

I dug into the P/N further. IT'S NOT A 4-7 SWAP... It would have been nice though The number you gave came up with 3 different cams. Good old Comp Cam. It also showed a big block cam with that number. Stay tuned I have some more things for you...

What is the P/N for your heads?
Are they Aluminum or cast Iron?
I have a listing of 5 different heads and all bare castings...
This will help you get a set of valve springs. If the V/S pocket is big.
They have bare cast iron straight plug 64cc 23* for 2.02 and 1.6 Then 2 cast iron 72cc and 50cc angle plug iron casting all bare castings Then 1 Aluminum 64cc straight plug head, and 1 Aluminum 64cc angle plug head all bare castings. Let me know.

Do you have the spec card for the cam. That 4-7 swap popped up again.
The P/N you gave us EX274H-10 is incorrect. It's 12-660-47 Grind Number XE274H-10
You need to get those numbers correct!
There's (3) cams with that number. It's the preface number thats throwing the curve
If your going to run the 650 on the street, keep an eye on your plug colors.
I can't help you if you don't help me.

"Not that it matters OKay". I can't find that part number.I have RHS catalog. I went on their WEB-SITE. Ask your buddy how old those heads are? The number that closely comes nar that is #12054..Just some very friendly advice get those heads pressure checked, and have the valve guides checked. You may need to install a bigger valve in both the intake and exhaust.
They are good heads, for Bracket racing according to their literature. Good street heads for a muscle car, and a Pro Street Car. Street Hot Rod. They are machined for a 1.550 Valve spring.
