DID the 1969 - 396 Nova have A/C

I would like to know is 1969 Nova 396 could be had with air. I heard no, there wasn't room. I heard yes could be ordered with air. Please help, thank you for helping . Jim

I guess I found the answer, NO ac for the 396 nova, it was not a option. and almost no room. I looked at a lot of SS396 novas and none had air. Air for SS350. Can any one help with what I found or seen. Thanks, jim

Jim if you knew someone at the GM Office and/or plant and wanted something different or a special order it could get done. Anything was possible with the GM assembly line.
