questions about a.i.r. secondary air injection system on '99 w/7.4L

I am in the process of replacing the headers on a '99 Suburban w/7.4 and the secondary air injection pipes or hoses are siezed to the point they are now junk. problem is one of the three is n.l.a. my questions are:
1. any idea where I can find replacements, in particular GM#10242490/Delco #219-180?
2. can I use an aftermarket or custom made s.s. flex pipe/hose and if so what is the temp they would need to be able to handle(each side has one line attached to the header about 3" from the head and the driver side has a large hose the attaches to the collector area)?
3. can I bypass or plug the system without any major issues?
