Is it possible to convert my '09 Chevy Malibu 2LT 3.6L DOHC to all wheel drive and does anyone think this is a bad idea?

4 wheel driving is why they make *** Jeeps and such. We have had an El Camino running around our town for years with 4 wheel drive and it sits about 2.5 or 3 feet off the ground, with a cammy BB which sounds great. Also a full size Chevy Wagon set up similarly. If you are into that kind of thing, have fun.. But that little 3.6 is gonna have quite a job on it's small hands. Best to start off with a 4 wheeler.

It might be a better idea to get a donor car to rob all the many pieces needed, to make this conversion.
