'71 Monte Carlo Outer Rockers

We need to replace the front sections of both outer rockers on our '71 Monte Carlo.
We have a couple of unused outer rocker sections from the '69 Camaro we're restoring.
I know we could probably modify them. But as I am in bed with a bad case of the Flu, I thought I'd ask if anyone had done this before.
