It's hard to say exactly, but you will be able to tell the difference when driving it.

I havn't been able to drive car yet it is a project theres no front end on it and the clutch is at the rivets but I am liking it so far so the intake will def help but won't I have to buy a cowl hood? The car is a 76 camaro

You should be fine.I have one on a 92 IROC and have no hood issues.

This is all I know it is a crane cam that is the biggest one you can fit in with 194 heads
|

Lift of cam is determined by springs not valves. Do you know if your heads have the short exhaust valve springs?
