What year engine will mate to a 4+3 manual transmission in an 85 Vette

I bought an 85 Vette complete minus the engine. I have a 68 350 with nice specs available to me but I don't know if the block will bolt up. Any advice would be appreciated.

the trans mounting shouldnt be a problem. I have a 71 350 in my 88 Camaro and everything bolted up just fine
