need help picking engine.

ya ill post some pics when shes painted and ill try to put some motor pics up sooner.as for the strip maybe, but mainly a street warrior blowin the doors off imports and mustangs.right now i have a 8.2 rear with a fresh 3.73 posi,and seeing as how im making almost 500 ft/lb my trans and gear man(best in the city)said not to hook it up too hard.so im running 7" rims w/ 8" tires in the back,so needless to say i have a bit of a traction issue for the track lol.but it makes it kinda fun until i can get my 12 bolt cause when you hit it at 35mph and it dowshifts you better hang on cause the ass is all over the place.

itll be close.i got you in power you got me in weight.both got 3.73 posi nova has 700r4 i have th350.well go on the back road by my parents.i still have to let nova drive mine cause he let me drive his before i had mine running and i made a deal  

Somebody will have to video it so we can see it!  Any ideas for the winners prize?  

were going to have to think about that one. its going to be nice just to have both cars on the road at the same time, weve been back and forth for a wile now.  

Thanks for the opinions.....im going with a rebuilt 454 from a friend...and looking for a 4spd or something with overdrive and a grand national rear end. Hope i could find a good deal locally or at the turkey run...will post pics as i go...any other opinions ??
