I dont know which i should build for quarter mile car? i also have a 77 chevy luv with stepside bed, A 78 firbird with traction bars and subframe connecters. A 87 t/a wit posi disk rear(stock). The conquest is fully caged with 10 point, but i would need front rotors, calipers, rims,and tires.. It still has a independent rearend ive been told that it will withstand upto 600HP??? the s-10 is lowered with hurst 5spd shifter and centerline champ rims. Ihave a 355sbc pushing 475hp to fly. and a 468bbc with a little over 600hp.. WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST CAR FOR THE TRACK AND SSTILL LEAVE ME WITH A COMPETITIVE STREET RUNNER???? LOVE TO HIGHWAY RACE!!!

The Firebird or the T/A would both be great 1/4 mile cars.
