Hi--I have a '62 Impala SuperSport that I plan on converting to a five speed manual--it currently has a 4-speed Muncie close ratio trans--my question is: are their any casting numbers on the rear end casing that would tell me what gear ratio the car has--it was originally a 327 with 3-spd' on column--also are there casting numbers on the Muncie that's in there now that would help identify it's configuration. thanks Vince
