I have a 1988 Suburban w/ tbi 350. I think the engine is on its way out.
I found a rebuilt jasper 350 w/ 10k miles on it but it's a carb version. What is involved with using my tbi set up on that engine?
Would I only need to switch out the intake?
Thanks for any input.

Thank you.
Is there anything that I should/could check to be sure? Or rather, how would I check?

the only holdup i can think of would be if you have 2nd style 12bolt intake on the 88 burb and the jasper motor has the early 12bolt heads
the difference is the angle of the center four intake bolts
the difference can be over come by elongating the center four bolt holes in an older style intake...i have seen it done several times but don't really like to do it myself
might be able to overcome differences by using a 4bbl to tbi conversion adaptor plate
