Wow Jim, didn't realize that Elk was your D/D. That's scary. It's too sweet to be a D/D. Don't let my lesson be lost on you bud, cause man, it's a painful one. (8 minutes)

I guess I have to break the ice and be then only one then. I have a 95 Honda Civic as my commuter and a 1994 Toyota Previa for my family car. I did have a '99 Ranger when I was single but had to sell it once the family started to grow.

Awww MPayne. Now you've gone and done it. Sorry, but you really blew it this time. Not one, but two of em??? OMG!!! Your punishment and sentence are.... say 12 Hail Mary's, and trade em both in for a Ford. Heh, heh, heh. And I had this image of you... there goes that bubble. Be cool now, so your not banished from the pages of CHP forever.

Thanks Mark, I do think about it since you got hit. Truth is, it don't get out all that much. If the wife and I go anywhere we take her's, Infinity I30, so it's only when I go somewhere by myself when not working.

I just bought my 1975 Chevy 1/2 2wd, 3 on the tree, 250 inline 6, back for the 3rd time lol. On the way home the dang hing would just start cutting out and i had to give i a hair of gas to get it to stop and i couldn't go past 45. Then itd clear up for a bit and do it again. I think my fuel filter is getting plugged or either that i will have to rebuild the monojet holley on it. Any other ideas?

ya she is in great shape. very little rust over rear wheels. I have a full arch repair panel for each side. solid cab and front end. Has a roll bar and NEW 31x10.5/15 Cooper Discoverer S/T's. Swapping entire body, tires, and roll bar to my 77 gmc 3/4 ton with a 400 sbc. Gonna put a 3" suspension lift on her to. the bad though is that the kid who got it from me the second time i had it flat blacked it with spray paint. oh well makes it easier to camoflauge the truck. shes gonna be a workhorse.
