you should be making about 430-460hp and 430-460 depending on a how good your heads have been ported and a couple of other things. sounds alot like my engine(.30 over,750dp,holly dominator,10:1 compression,.490-.490,iron heads, mine is not stroked tho.)

I would GUESS about 400-450 depending on how well the port work is done and how well the engine is assembled

1.6s will add bout .030 more lift and 3-4 degrees more duration. Are you using an auto or manaul?

Again it depends on how well the port work is done on your heads. I like Brodix heads over Edelbrock heads. If you would upgrade to a hyd.roller cam along with the heads then I would GUESS about 440hp-490hp
