I AM A FEMALE WHO JUST INHERITED A 1970 CAMARO WITH A 396.  I REALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I AM DOING BUT AFTER READING A FEW POSTS I NEED HELP TO DECODE MY MOTOR.  THE MOTOR, FROM WHAT I AM TOLD, IT IS FROM A CHEVELLE?  THESE ARE THE NUMBERS I HAVE FOUND. T0327IV18T226881.  IF ANY CAN HELP ME WITH THE YEAR OF THE MOTOR AND H.P. AND ANY OTHER INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!! THANKS

According to nasty Z, suffix"IV" was used from 65 to 68. All were 396/325hp.
