Hubby and I are trying to find out why Chevy put a restriction on 1st gen. Camaros, so they couldn't have an engine larger than 400 cubic inches? Just curious. Thanks in advance for satisfying our curiosity.

to race in trans am they had to have under a 305ci. thats why they put the 302 in them. -i think

dont forget they didnt want it to beat the much more in cost corvette.
