91 chevy suburban not getting fuel to the tbi unit.....

i drove the truck to work and it die.... and never started after that.... i've replaced the fuel pump,fliter, screen and fuel pump seleniod.... and still no fire.... i have fuel all the way to the tbi unit.... but no fuel comming out the the injectors..... i baught a noid light to check the injectors but no light.... which brings me to think it's an electrical problem.... can anyone help????

A bad magnetic pickup will cause the issue. It is in your distributor.

Do you have spark? Chevman24 is right but I would lean more torwards the igntion module but both of these parts will have similiar symtoms when they fail.

we replaced the distributor..... but no workie.... could my chip be bad????

Do you have spark?!? Does the check engine light come on with the key on, engine off?!? The ECM needs power and gound to work and the reference signal from the ignition module to turn the injectors on/off. Did you check the fuses?!? The best thing you can get for this is a good repair manual with wiring diagrams and trouble-shooting charts and go from there.

Does the motor start if you pour a little fuel in the throttle body?

ya.... and all the fuses are good... we are thinking that it has to be a bad performance chip.... next would be to replace the computer and chip.... help??????????
