i would like to know what caused the motor to lock up...
did it stop running after driving through a deep puddle.. so the motor pulled in a bunch of water...
did it overheat and blow the head gasket and sit for weeks, months or years full of water???//
smell the coolant in the radiator???
did the engine loose oil pressure and spin the bearings and lock up????/
and wd 40 comes in gallon size.. be aware ,,, that if the rings are rusted to the cylinder walls.. you may and will probably damage the pistons.. if the cylinder walls have deep rusted areas.. it will burn oil and possibly smoke when you get it started..
if it does not free up in a few days.. you will probably need to pull the head.. and probably the motor..

Diesel fuel works and so does hot motor oil.
Horsepower sells Engines and torque wins races.
