Would 350hp make a 63-66 nova worth while? Or would it take somethin more to make it scream? If so lemme' know what you think. THANKS!

that should be enough power to start... there are so many options available today that were not around 10 years ago... for that body style... whole front suspension and bolt on tube frames... is just the start of it...
rear tubs.. new sheet metal.. ... the list is almost endless...
see the search link at the top right.. type in chevy ll... see what comes up...

What do you want to do with it? What do you mean worth while, 350 hp will be plenty to have a peppy street ride.

smoke is right we have to know what you are expecting 350hp might be "worth while" for one guy but not for the next guy.that being said i think with 350 hp youll only want to go faster if your looking for it to scream you want at least 450hp

I would say 350HP would be worth while because the 1963-66 nova didn't weigh that much.
Horsepower sells Engines and torque wins races.

HBchevy Welcome to the forums. What kind of hp are you looking for? Agreeing with everyone above, 350 has plenty of zip to it.
