The truck has 41000+ miles on it. The transmission was supposed to be reworked last yr. The dealer put a new valve body in it. I started having trouble with slipping when I takeoff. I can put the transmission in low and it does not slip. If I drive in 3rd it does not slip. The top will not retrac and when I turn the key to kill the engine the key will not come out for some time. The code reader I have states that there is an interruption in the torgue converter circuit. The indash diplays roof cycle timeout. Bumping heads with my friends we think the pcm is going out. Because the roof is operational and the pcm is telling the roof module that the truck is not in the right gear or vehicle is not stopped. The truck goes to the dealer on 2nd of August to have it put on their machine and see if they can find the problem. I am just wanting to know what you think so I will have a second opinion and some ideas.

I am sure you are thinking right, sounds like pcm.
Get it in to your garage or dealer as soon as you can, it might cause more damage if you keep driving it.
