My 85 suburban driver side window has never worked and Ive tried doing some random fix its but never did it. It seems to get power because it clicks when trying to use it, Any ideas?

it takes a lot of current to move a window motor.....
dirty switch contacts will sometimes cause window motors to click.. but not enough to move the motor..
do you have a jump start box??????? or can you pull the car battery out??? with some jumper wires.. go direct to the motor wiring at the unplugged switch..
here is the wiring diagram for the windows of a 94.. should be really close to the same.. at least for the windows

you do have to copy and paste the link to view it...
looks like the dark blue and brown wires control the left front window... you should be able to use your test leads to touch those connectors in the switch connector with the switch unplugged... one direction.. then the other.. if it does not move.. don't leave them connected..
i have also found motors so tight against one end that they cannot move.. only after taking them off the regulator and opening the motor was i able to free it... they do come apart... with care they do go back together...
warning... do be careful..... when you take the motor off the regulator... there is a BIG SPRING... that will cause the arms of the regulator to swing free... ever hear of the french revolution.. same sort of thing can happen inside the door to your fingers or hands... professional mechanics have lost fingers... so do be careful...
