I liked the 1st gen from the beginning. This is one I bought in 67.
It was a 350 4 speed 4.10 posi which I quickly modified with a cam, intake, holley 3 barrel, and headers.

Sold the 67 way back in 1975. My son who was about 4 then has not forgiven me. He said we could have traded in his brother instead of the car.

Did put together a 68 recently.

This one was a little quicker than the 67 since it had a 632 in it, 5.81 1/8th and 9.19 1/4 NA. On juice it was an animal to hook up, 5.50 1/8th letting up. I sold this one too and my son is not talking to me again.

I really, truely do like tham ALL. In this order: 69, prefer an RS, for sure 67-68, don't love the convertables 70-73, prefer RS once again (owned a 70 z28 and 71 rs/ss LONG ago) 74, because it still has the flat back window 78-81, prefer Z28's (owned a black 80, non z28, only strip only car I ever owned) 75-77, gotta like those big aluminum bumpers (owned a yellow 77 in high school) 98-02, would score higher on my list if they weren't such a tight packed hose and wire monsters, and if you could pull the engine from the car instead of pulling the car from the engine, if you know what I mean 82-92, prefer IROCs 93-97, last on the list because of the 98-02 reasons, AND no LS1 to compensate! But I wouldn't kick one out of the garage! And of course 2010 are in there somewhere TOWARDS the top, I'm just not sure yet.
