i had a qestion about the 427 L88 was wondering if this engine would be ok running at a 11.1 compression ratio? i have a freind who is wanting to build one for his nova and wants to run it on the street i hear these things are hard to get idle goin till its warmed up and was meant for race gas any thots

With iron heads10.5:1CR is the limit.
Horsepower sells Engines and torque wins races.
