I have a 1972 Chevy Nova, that I'm restoring. I'm not trying to restore it to it's original look or stats. By this I mean I want to put a different engine into it.
First of all is there an engine bigger than a 454 Big Block that would fit into a 72 Nova?
If there is then what kind of mods would I have to do to accomadate it?
If theres not a larger engine than a 454, what mods would I have to perform to accomodate the 454?

Thanks alot for your help and comments

you could put in a 672 or a 496 or a 468 or a 502 or a caddy 500...

What is your budget like, and what do you want the car to do?

I have a substantial budget, I'm just looking to build a drivable car that has a lot of horse power as a fun project that I can start this summer

Have you considered purchasing a turn key stroker motor.  Check out Pat Musi's 555
