tach problems 1976 Camaro

I bought a 1976 Camaro LT recently. It is an original, 58,000 mile survivor. I noticed that the factory tach does not work. Any ideas as where to start diagnosing, location of fuses etc...?
Any insight would be appreciated!

i would start checking your wiring and than start looking towards your fuse box.
