I just traded a basket case project for this 1990 camaro. I have many parts from the other project (1980 1/2 ton) including cylinder heads, edelbrock intake, and carb. I want to use the carburetor and intake for performance reasons. Does anyone know how to do this and not have issues with warning lights and sensors with the cars computer??

If you put a Carb on the engine the computer will no longer be needed or function. The only issue that i had with this swap is that the 700r4 trans wont shift into overdrive. They make wiring harnesses to fix the issue though. Also put a later model distributor, with the vaccuum canisiter, since the stock one is computer controlled.
