I just bought a 1964 Malibu SS convertible. It has major rust issues. I'm not sure if I should replace the rusted panels outside or do the floor and trunk pans first. It all will have to be done, I just don't know where to start. Thanks for any and all advice.

I think any place to start will be fine, but where are you going to go to get new panels?

in my opinion i would work from the outside in...thats how i went with my nova and its was a better decision cuz ur inside isnt going to wear and rust up as fast as the inside...plus in my opinion the outside is the easiest...i welded two new full quarter panels in and made 4 custom patch panels i am only 17 and the car looks amazing besides needing a paint job..haha and body work questions feel free to ask ive been thru the whole rust game a time or two

Dynacorn makes tons of stuff and has all the parts you both have mentioned for 64 Chevelle. They are wholesale so search the site and find a dealer near you.

Primedia has a vidio series on propper floor, quarter, trunk and extension pannel, door skin, and body work and pannel alighnment seris marketed under the "HOT ROD MAGIZINE" title. It is a series of vidios tutering on all replacement procedures, in order, on a 1970 chevelle convertable. It is done in the Goodmark Facility by their own tecknitions. Go to WWW.HOT ROD.com for info. I have been doing pannel replacement for years and I wish I would have had these vidios when I started! It would have saved me a lot of time in trial and error.
