I'm trying to install a t-56 from a '95 Lt1 camaro in my C-1500 pickup now shifted with the stock 5 spd. I have all but the slave from the donor car. I've noticed that the pressure plate is reverse acting. This transmission will be bolted to a new 4.3l vortec marine engine. First, will the flywheel interchange from the Lt1 to the 4.3? Both being externally balanced I assume it will. Can I simply get the slave for an Lt1 camaro and bolt it up?  I'm interested in getting the most bang for my buck so also need to find the "best" induction and ignition for the 4.3 as well. Can anyone offer suggestions on the issues? Thanks, Ken
