I am considering the purchase of a 2007 corvette coupe. Is it normal to hear creeking and rattling inside when going over bumps or simply pulling into a driveway? It's not the removable roof, but rather the back window. Are there other known problems that occur with the under carriage that would create knocking noises when going over bumps?

It shouldn't be making noises like that, something sounds fishy. The C6 cars are known for their solid construction and lack of rattles compared to earlier Corvettes like the C4 models. Could be the hatch on this car isn't fitting properly.
It's possible this car might've been in an accident and repaired. Before buying, see if the owner will let you take the car to a shop and have it put on a lift so you can get a look at the underside of the car.
