I have a 1990 Caprice 9c1 (police cruiser) with a 5.7ltr tbi and i want to get more power but don't know where to start. with it tbi I don't know about what intakes i can use,exhaust manifolds and the rest. where I live I don't think we have emissions test but I want to keep it legit because you never know if you are going to move to a place that does test. Anyone have ideas??

You can try a different airbox for the air cleaner.Chp did a small article on smaLLTHINGS THEY DID TO ONE OF THEESE TO get a little more power.Another place would be the exhaust.But first make sure the brakes and suspension ,steering are up to par.
