I have found a 350 4 bolt bored 30 over, line honed and cam bearings installed. the shop wants 200 bucks for it. it says it was made in mexico...my question "are there any drawbacks to these mexico made sbc's?" I have always ran the 010 blocks, but they are gettin harder to find. thanks for the info.

The casting process will be virtually the same as any other Chevy block (which we all know isn't the most accurate!) - it may be a little thinner than a pre-smog block but any late-model block will likely be that way.
