I have a 97 and I want to know the same thing. I had one guy tell me he put a cam in his but didn't get much more info. Mine; I put a Hypertech reprogrammer, Dual exhaust,K&N, Synthetic oil, and no cats(don't tell I'm in the country)and no o-2's. It hauls ass but I want more.I haul my boat with it and it needs a little more for the hills. And I get crazy in the desert with it it's a blast, but if you know of anymore tricks I'd love to hear 'em.I'll let you know if I find out anymore info as well. Thanks Rick in NM rleasmusik@yahoo.com

you can add headers and an aftermarket intake as well as upgrade your exhaust. If you dont mind going inside your engine there are computer controlled cam options available. You can source a chip for your computer from companies like jet that don't require any computer savy to install. if you make it that far you may consider changing the heads, as they are a limiting factor on your TBI motor.
