I got the motor but dont exactly know what kind of chevy would it go best with.. i was thinking of 87-92 Camaro but i would like some advice. Thank you.

LS1 makes great power and would work well in any chevy. Look into what retro fits are available. I know the kits are there to put them in a first gen Camaro, I would think there are some for the later Camaro.
