Just started reading the latest episode of CHP. I am not even sure why I subscribe. How many times and ways can you present a 1st gen Camaro in a magazine? Especially when you consider how many musclecar magazines there are out on the newstands. I am BORED with those articles!

How about articles and coverage on a 3rd gen Camaro? There are more of them on the road right now than all of the 1st gens that were ever produced from '67 to '69.

I am sure that somebody, somewhere is doing great things to a 3rd gen Camaro. Engine swaps, suspension upgrades, etc, etc. Must be a hell of a lot easier on people's wallets than mutilating a 1st gen and sticking some special engine in it.

That's my rant. I love 1st gen Camaro's, I am just tired of reading about them issue after issue after issue. Blech!

I love 1st gens as well...they look great and started it all yo.
But I never hear anything about wicked cool 3rd gen malibus or monzas and vegas. These are the cars that have captured my interests. They stick out in a crowd...just cause the rest o the crowd is full of chevelles and 1st gen camaros and such.

Also..have you guys priced first gens recently?..its all middle aged retired guys that its just another car to that are driving the price beyond reach to eveyone else. Therefore...the cars that me and my friends have and love are things like the malibus, monzas, impalas, and 3rd gen montes.

those cars get the reputation of white trash mobiles but its simply just what we have and can afford. Hot rod what you got right?

its not my purpose on here to offend anyone...i really do like the 1st gens...and like anyone who has the love for hottrodding cars..any of them.

Guys, for what it's worth, expect to see more stuff done with 3rd gens.

Nelson is already wrenching on his and I just recently picked up a '91, which I plan on building for the dragstrip.
