OK I've been looking for the right radiator for my Nova but honestly I do not know which one is right for me. So far I'm thinking of buying the BE COOL radiator on summit part#BCI-65002, any suggestions. Well here's alittle more on my ride if anyone has anything similiar please tell me what you went with...mild 350, manual,no a/c if u need anymore info I'll add later. I currently have a oem style radiator that seems like it is twice as old as I am planning on going aluminum.(car is overheating and current radiator is toasted)...street/daily driver/cruising 1973 CHEVY NOVA

On a mild 350 without AC, a stock replacement should certainly keep you plenty cool.
You should have a good fitting fan shroud, a good working fan clutch or flex fan, be sure your radiator hoses are in good shape ... especially the lower one, as it can "suck shut" if it's bad, reducing coolant flow (the lower hose is on the suction side of the water pump) . Be sure your thermostat is working. Not using a thermostat can allow the water to pass through your radiator faster than the radiator can cool it. I like to run 160 degree thermostats in my "old", pre-computer controlled cars.
Any decent parts store should be able to sell you the right radiator. AC Delco offers aluminum versions of "stock replacement" radiators, if you're dead set on aluminum.
