Here's my qustion.I have a 305 sbc in my jimmy now and it was a carburetored before I had put it in.But since the original motor was tbi they made the 305 tbi. I need to know what I need to do too run the carburetor and the 700r4 tranny. The year of the jimmy is 1988. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Why exactly is this swap cheaper for you?
There was no difference between carb and TBI V-8s. Just drop the good motor you've got in the truck, and bolt on all your TBI stuff. That's all you have to do.
