Hello.
I'm trying to build a 1994 Camaro LT1 up for hi HP numbers as well as MPG. The 29 MPG out of the 2001 LS1's is astounding. I'd like to build a 400+ HP LT1 and up the MPG at the same time to the 30 MPG level. Being military, I regularly take 800+ miles trips to visit family, so I need high MPG, but power would be nice too.
Upgrading parts or rebuilding the engine is not a cost issue, but only a fuel efficiency issue. I bought the car for the power and mileage and planned to supercharge it, get bigger injectors, a full new exhaust & headers. What effect will it have on the mileage if I do this ? How can I reach my goal of 400+HP without using gearing or power-robbing methods?

Yes i think NOS would be an easy route i have seen fuel injection kits for 4th gen camaros in the 500 to 600 range with 150 shot.
