Dear Forums Users We would like to make everyone aware that the current forum on www.chevyhiperformance.com will be migrating onto a new platform within the next week. During this transition, we will be experiencing some challenges migrating threads and post that are collected within the last 48 hrs before the migration is complete. Therefore we will be temporarily removing the message board, during this period, to help prevent any collection of new content that can not be saved. In addition some of the existing forums functions that currently exist will be provided within the new platform shortly thereafter the release. When the new platform is available, existing users will need to login with their existing username and the temporary password will be the e-mail address used on the existing account (please check the current account setting for this information if it’s not readily available to you). Upon login, you’ll be able to reassign a new password. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you’ll appreciate the new upgrades that will be provided over the next few months. We value your participation and patience and hope that you will remain a loyal contributor to our growing community. Thanks chevyhiperformance.com

Then why is it being changed? We had this same problem with the hot rod board but the mods there were smart enough to switch back to the old software. The software that the PHR and Super Chevy boards are pathetic according to about everyone that has ever used them.

Gibs, None of us have a say in the matter, so we'll just hold on and see what happens - hope for the best. I appreciate your feedback. I really would like to hear what you've got to say after the cange over as well. Thanks, Nick

I find the format that SuperChevy uses to be clumsey, not impossible, but certainly less than than intuitive to use.
Just remember that not all change is an improvement. You can imagine how well that statement went over at work in a meeting I attended representing design engineering to the IT people who fiddle these systems all the time.
Best of luck to all of us!
