I have this old chevy and the heater or air conditioning doesnt work. The rear defrost is just a fan pointed at the window. The air will come out of it but it never warms up. I was told to replace the blower motor which is "conveniently" located under the right fender. My plan is to remove the hood (which I have already done), then romove the fender. There are pieces of chrome colored body trim that I have to remove and I don't know ho to pop them off without damaging them. Everything is original on the car. I would appreciate any tips or help.

Year and model could be helpful information, not all Chevys require front end dissassembly to get at the heater motor. I'd sure look for another way to get in there beside pulling the hood and fender off. Getting old chrome trim off without damaging it or the paint is difficult.
