CARB STILL FLOODING !!!!

i have a holley 4150hp 750cfm , and the carb is always flooding while i'm moving ... when the car stalls , fuel keeps flowing for a couple of second... i have checked the float level and cleaned the needle and seat, the fuel bowl , theres no dirt or anything ...floats are not sinking or stiking , not that i'm aware of...and the fuel filter is brand new ! don't know what to do  , i really need your help !! i made like 6 oil change in 1 month because of that , oil was smelling gaz ! it cost me 60 $ at every oil change !! any suggestion !! would be very appreciated !

If all the adjustments are correct, then you have a faulty needle-seat, or the fuel pressure is to high. Holley says you can run 7.5lbs but I run mine at 6.0lbs to be safe, and I never have a problem. Do both, primary and secondary leak?

most of the time its the primary but sometimes its the seconday ...but its rare , but its not always doing that just a few time

Get a gauge, and check that pump pressure.
