i am wanting to do an LS1 swap in my chevy colorado, having trouble finding any information on relocating the radiator and new motor mounts (if needed) if you know any of this or where i could find this it would be much appreciated  

Since your Colorado uses the same chassis as the Trailblazer, so to do your V-8 swap you'll need to get parts for a V-8 Trailblazer to do the swap.
