3970010....302.....69....4...Z-28 Camaro
3970010....327.....69....2...Trucks and industrial
3970010....350...69-80...2 or 4

These casting numbers were copied from Mortec. All 3 motors have a 4" bore. I know the 67' 302 had a 2.3" main, but 68' and up had the 2.45"main. I also know it would be rare to find a 302 from a Z28 or even a 327 with this cast number since the 350 was made longer. I was just wondering if the 327 with this casting number would have the 2.3, or 2.45" main journal?

The Block cast number 3970010 was also used in the 1968 Z-28 and is an ultra rare application. This engine block started production in early 1968 and only a few Z-28's recieved this engine in the 302ci form.
