i have a 383 engine block i just made out of a 70' 4 bolt main what parts should i buy to make it a 10:1 stroker motor?

Buy a complete kit. Eagle sells them in various performance levels and at a decent price. Everything will match. Of coarse there are other fine outfits but I think Eagle gives you the biggest bang for your buck.

By "383 block" do you mean that you had it "stroker" clearanced?
