hey guy, by chance have you had the TBI off if not take it off turn it over and see if there is a lot of carbon in the vacuum ports if so get a TBI seal kit and install it, which also comes with a diaphragm for the pressure regulator for the return fuel line. if there is some carbon that's stopped up a vacuum path in the TBI you will have low pressure to both map sensor and the pressure regulator and will cause a rich fuel mixture. Sorry I have been out of pocket laity to get back with you.
p.s I hope this will help
Thanks Lee

Thanks Lee, You were right on the money! Pulled it off and rebuilt it (TBI) and now it runs great (well almost). Only thing wrong now is it stalls sometimes while coming up to a stop with the ac running. Any suggestions??

Hey Guy can you tell if the Idle air control {IAC} motor is working when you turn the ac on. The idle should step up when you turn the ac on, if it don't take the IAC motor out it is on the TBI unit and has a square 4 wire connector going to it and make sure that there is no carbon build up on it. If that checks out ok, try setting the idle air learn, that should take care of the problem. If I can help you in any way let me know.
thanks Lee
