I recently installed a 305 roller motor that I have since found has World products S/R heads (and I think a mild + cam.  It ran like an engine with a cam and would not run on its own unless the TBI was hed open a bit to let more air in.  I tried setting the timing differently-no help there! I just read that the distributor from the original non roller motor should have a different roller style gear installed.  Is this true?  And would putting a standard roller cam back in get it running?  Now there is no fuel-could I have damaged somthing trying to run it?
Thanks!

Did you get a chip for the computer to go with this motor?

That's probably the problem, the computer can't figure out what to do with itself with this engine. What you need to do is get the cam specs, then call Hypertech and get them to burn you a chip for your motor.

Also, I'd check the TPS sensors too, sounds like it could be having some problems.

Thank you!  I did not get the chip for the motor.  I pulled the cam and now have to find out how to tell the lift etc... There are #s stamped on the rear so just have to figure out who made it...
How do you check those TPS sensors?
