Hi everybody! this is my first time on one of these things! i heard that in 1990 chevy put the marine 350 blocks in their trucks just for that one year. just wondering if anybody on here might know if thats true. Thanks!!!

Someone is telling you what you want to hear, even though realistically a marine block is no big deal.

Usually Marine blocks just had a higher nickel content for strength and anti-corrosion.

Never heard of GM putting them in the trucks in '90.
