im tryin to find out the biggest and best top end comb for a 383cid motor. cam, heads, intake, and carb.
P.S. I want to spray it also

Need more info... What is the intended use for this engine. Daily driver? Street/Strip? Full race? What about the internals of this engine? What kind of vehicle is the engine going in? Every detail will help.

Yep. YOu have a lot of choices, you need to figure out the honest purpose of the car it's going and, how you're really going ot be driving it, then go from there. You'll also need to have your rear gear selected, along with what stall converter if you're running an automatic.

About all I can say now is that the biggest top end is NOT the best for any application.

Im using this car for street and some track racing im looking to put a 3500-3800 stall and 4.11 or 4.30 gear. the body mmmm.dont know yet but a regal, cutlass, monte carlo, camaro, dont laugh but i might put it in a 4 door square body caprice. i seen one race and it was in the 11's with the same motor
